These tarts were a bestseller last year, and we've brought them back! These have a crumbly, fragrant pandan pastry wrapped around a filling that's bursting with gula melaka and coconut goodness. Instead of desiccated coconut, we use slightly thicker shredded coconut for extra texture to complement the melt-in-your-mouth tart base. We love the caramel notes in this tart—it's basically Ondeh Ondeh, but baked!
