Our all-time favourite flavour combination, in snow skin mooncake form. These mooncakes are delightfully fragrant, with an earl grey tea-infused snow skin wrapped around a bittersweet chocolate lotus paste filling. To really bring out the flavours of earl grey, we added more earl grey tea in the white lotus paste.

The chocolate lotus paste is made by combining bitter, smooth tasting cocoa powder and white lotus paste. Here’s how you can customise your mooncakes to make them uniquely yours—if you and the fam prefer lighter chocolate flavours, simply add less of the cocoa powder provided!

And not to forget the cherry on top—chocolate rice is added to the chocolate paste filling for that added crunch, to give a lovely textural contrast to these Mid-autumn delights.

Share the love with your family and friends—This year, we’ve doubled the yield you can get from each mooncake kit (but not the price!), so that you have enough to go around, and make them into larger mooncakes for sharing.

Keep fresh for up to 8 weeks in a cool, dry area away from direct heat or sunlight. You may store them in the fridge as well, but note that refrigeration will make your mooncake paste slightly greasier. It'll still remain good to use.


Store freshly made mooncakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
