Tauhuay (Soy milk) is one of Singapore's iconic dessert (alongside ondeh ondeh, of course). We paired the silky smooth tauhuay curd with buttery, delicate tart pastry and we absolutely loved it!
The tauhuay featured here is more similar to the silky smooth pudding version (boing boing) as opposed to the traditional one. We tested this recipe so many times with different brands of soy milk in order to get the best soy flavour without compromising on the texture.
