Tauhuay (Soy milk) is one of Singapore's iconic dessert (alongside ondeh ondeh, of course). We paired the silky smooth tauhuay curd with buttery, delicate tart pastry and we absolutely loved it!

The tauhuay featured here is more similar to the pudding version as opposed to the traditional one. And of course, with tauhuay, you need to have a version that's almond flavoured!
