Helming from Italy, biscotti is twice-baked and a common accompaniment to coffee. Unlike traditional ones which are slightly harder, ours is light and crunchy, filled with chopped Californian pistachios, and made with a fresh orange zest for that extra pop of tang.
Simple to make, all you need to do is to combine all the ingredients into a cookie dough, shape them into logs, slice and bake! One recipe makes a huge batch of biscuits - perfect for sharing the love. Pop them into gift packs for a gift that your friends will love!

For this kit: Store dry ingredients in their box in a cool, dark, and dry area. Store fresh orange in the refrigerator. Store baked biscotti in airtight containers in the fridge, recommended to consume within 1 month from baking.
You do not have to bake your Bakestarters baking kit immediately upon delivery.
