This recipe bakes up a light, fluffy and soft white sponge that's then rolled with a citrusy passionfruit curd filling which helps to brighten up your palate and add a subtle pop of tang in every bite.
Note: Delivery for Christmas kits will be made from 11-21 December, weekday evenings. Do pick a delivery date within this range on the delivery calendar before checking out.

For this kit: Store dry ingredients in their box in a cool, dark, and dry area. Store cream and milk in the refrigerator and recommended to use within 7 days from delivery. Store passionfruit purée in the freezer. Assembled baked cake is best consumed within 5 days from baking.
You do not have to bake your Bakestarters baking kit immediately upon delivery.
