You asked, and we listened! Our subscribers have been calling out for a good-for-all occasions chocolate cake, and after an entire month of development, we've come up with the perfect one! A rustic Double Chocolate-Sea Salt Caramel Sandwich Cake. Yum! With this cake, we were looking for a fine balance between over-the-top, and yet elaborate enough to call it gourmet. I think we did it pretty well!
This cake is extremely moist, indulgent, and the flavours complement each other perfectly. Two thin layers of double chocolate sandwich cakes, paired with a sea-salt caramel & dark chocolate ganache. Mmm.
