Why do we need a virtual kit masterclass then?
Our latest launch, the virtual kit masterclass focuses on using the baking kit you already have to teach you techniques and skills beyond the kit. This set of workshops aims to perfect your frosting and assembly technique, with or without fancy equipment. In our opinion, baking cake layers are easy — frosting and assembling a great cake however, requires many techniques, including basic ones like levelling your cake layers. Come join us as our instructors teach you nifty tips and techniques to ensure that you frost and assemble a cake like a pro.
To maximise the learning ability of our participants, each interactive workshop is designed for a limited number of students, despite it being virtual, and involves an instructor and extra facilitators to ensure that everyone gets maximum attention.

Our workshop is tailored to help you learn to make any tart in your own kitchen. With our baking kits, you have accurately pre-portioned ingredients delivered to your doorstep, ready to be used as a perfect canvas for the workshop.
The workshop itself focuses on perfecting your cake frosting & assembly techniques, teaching you all you need to know to take it to the next level. Together with a course booklet provided to all workshop participants, our instructors will cover topics such as alternatives to fancy equipment when you frost and assemble a cake at home, thinning frosting out with a dip method, and even how our bakers ensure zero waste when they level cakes.
This interactive live frosting & assembly workshop will allow our instructors to bring you through each step of the frosting & assembly process, assess your progress, answer your burning questions, and also provide relevant information to ground your knowledge. Best part? Since it's virtual, you pay one flat price (S$40-S$45) and rope your family or friends in to learn together!
