We know people run into trouble making pastry at home in Singapore - tarts and pies, we’re looking at you.

That’s why we’ve worked hard to create the ultimate Tart Masterclass Workshop. While you will be making fruit tarts, it's a hands-on, interactive workshop designed to help you master the craft of making tarts at home.

Our goal? To make sure that you can replicate the results you get in our workshops, back at home. One masterclass to rule it all.

By attending the workshop, you will receive:

  • Tart course booklet featuring extra recipes along with an in-depth guide on tart-making at home.
  • 2x tart moulds
  • 4x fruit tarts (your own handmade tarts!)

Dry Ingredients

Store Bakestarters box in a cool, dark, and dry area.

Cold Ingredients

Store cold ingredients in the refrigerator.

By attending the workshop, you will learn:

  • Making tart crust (French pâte sablée)
  • Shaping, rolling, and moulding tarts
  • Making pastry cream
  • Tart assembly
  • Fruit decoration & arrangemnet
  • Additional tips, tricks, and information on tart pastry making at home

STRUCTURE OF WORKSHOP

All components of the workshop will be individual hands-on work, except for the Comprehensive Demo of Pastry Cream component. Each participant will be making their fruit tarts from scratch.
  • Making of pastry dough (Hands-On)
  • Making of pastry cream (Comprehensive/Interactive Demo)
  • Lining and shaping of tart into moulds (Hands-On)
  • Fruit tart assembly (Hands-On)
  • Fruit decoration (Hands-On)
  • Glazing fruit tart (Hands-On)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The workshop might be extended slightly from the given duration to cater to individual speeds and questions.
  2. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
  3. No refunds will be given once your booking is confirmed. You may however pass your booking on to someone else, but prior notice will be required for us to register the new student that will be coming in your place.
  4. Your booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received *for cash on delivery, we will send you an email with bank transfer details.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel the class on our own discretion, in which case, we’ll do a full refund to students.
