No, these aren't your usual pan-fried chai tow kueh you have for breakfast. The sweet, dessert version of carrot cake, Keep Calm & Carrot On is a hefty 1.5kg cake that's incredibly moist, and topped with delightfully creamy cream cheese frosting.

You won't be able to stop at one piece with this carrot cake. They're incredibly moist and fluffy, with a touch of cinnamon to spice creamy frosting things up, and are not as difficult as you might think! Once you've tried it and realise how simple it is to make your own carrot cake from scratch, you'll be wanting to bake them again and again. We promise.

      Storage Information: Store baking kit in a cool & dry area or fridge for up to 2-3 months. Carrots should be kept in the fridge if not baking within a week. Cream cheese should be used before sell-by date on package. Butter can be stored in the fridge (1 month) or freezer (2-3 months).

      • Delivery date/time: We deliver every Wednesday and Friday, between 6.30 p.m. - 10.30 p.m. Select delivery date/time on the delivery calendar at the checkout page.

        For special delivery requests, please list them down under Notes when checking out.

      • Cold Ingredients (milk, butter, etc): Will be packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to keep them fresh. 

      • Dry Ingredients (flour, sugar, etc):Will be packed in airtight packs, in a Bakestarters box.

      Storage Information

      You do not have to bake your Bakestarters baking kit immediately upon delivery.

      Just follow the guidelines below and you're good to go!

      • Dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder etc) can be kept in a cool, dry and dark area for 1-3 months.
      • Cold ingredients (milk, yogurt, butter etc) can be refrigerated in their packaging.

        To ensure optimum freshness, it is recommended to use chilled butter two weeks from delivery. Frozen butter can be kept for ~2 months before use.

        Milk, yogurt, and cream should be used within one week from delivery. They should not be frozen.
