If we're being honest, cream puffs are one of our favourite things to make. Piping small mounds of choux pastry, watching them puff up in the oven like little pillows, and then filling them up with silky smooth pastry cream—something about this just feels oddly therapeutic and satisfying.

These cream puffs have light cocoa puffs stuffed full with bittersweet chocolate pastry cream, made using the finest Belgian chocolate couverture for that added decadence, and a chocolate flavour that envelopes your taste buds. The touch of peppermint helps to balance things out, cleanse your palate, and makes these refreshing puffs the perfect ending to a celebratory dinner.

Store cold ingredients in the refrigerator.

Recommended Storage Time

Dry/Box Ingredients

  • Refer to respective expiry dates given on each ingredient package (minimum of 4 weeks from delivery)
  • Store in a cool, dry area away from direct heat or sunlight. You may store them in the fridge as well.

Cold Ingredients

  • Refer to butter package for expiry date (minimum of 4 weeks from delivery)
  • Store butter in the refrigerator or freezer

Store freshly made cream puffs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1.5 weeks.
