If you've always wondered how snowskin mooncakes are made, this is it. Our chef has tried and tested various recipes in order to perfect these tea-infused snowskin mooncakes, and developed a baking kit that gets you fragrant, soft bites that're every bit decadent as it is fun to make!

These sexy black mooncakes have a smooth, slightly chewy snow skin that's wrapped around premium white lotus paste enrobing a creamy and fragrant earl grey dark chocolate truffle filling. Not too sweet nor too cloying, these are perfect with a cup of tea. 

Each kit comes with a mooncake plunger mould with 5 assorted designs. This kit is only available for preorder for delivery from Monday - Friday between Sept 10th - Sept 21st only. You may order kits from other collections to be delivered on the same day.

      For special delivery requests, please list them down under Notes when checking out.

    • Cold Ingredients (milk, butter, etc): Will be packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to keep them fresh. 

    • Dry Ingredients (flour, sugar, etc): Will be packed in airtight packs, in a Bakestarters box.

    Storage Information

    You do not have to use your Bakestarters baking kit immediately upon delivery.

    Just follow the guidelines below and you're good to go!

    • Dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder etc) can be kept in a cool, dry and dark area for 1-3 months.
    • Cold ingredients (milk, yogurt, butter etc) can be refrigerated in their packaging.

      To ensure optimum freshness, it is recommended to use chilled butter two weeks from delivery. Frozen butter can be kept for ~2 months before use.

      Milk, yogurt, and cream should be used within one week from delivery. They should not be frozen.
