This might just be the underdog of all the mooncake flavours we’re offering this year.

Unassuming as it might sound, these no-bake snow skin mooncakes are delightfully delicious, with the honey and fragrant floral notes of osmanthus complementing each other perfectly. The oolong tea is added straight into the snow skin dough, giving it a beautiful hue and speckled look, and very subtle tea flavours.

If you’re looking for something unique and refreshing this Mid-Autumn Festival, this flavour might just turn out to be the crowd favourite. Serving them to the older folks? The paste is less sweet!

Share the love with your family and friends—This year, we’ve doubled the yield you can get from each mooncake kit (but not the price!), so that you have enough to go around, and make them into larger mooncakes for sharing.

Keep fresh for up to 8 weeks in a cool, dry area away from direct heat or sunlight. You may store them in the fridge as well, but note that refrigeration will make your mooncake paste slightly greasier. It'll still remain good to use.


Store freshly made mooncakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
