Just look at how grand these mini crepe cakes look! While crepe cakes require some patience and effort (each cake has 20 - 25 layers!), the result is certainly worth it. Its elegant appearance is only beaten by how wonderfully delicious it is - soft, with a slight chew, with the classic combination of orange and dark chocolate permeating through each thin crepe layer sandwiched with delicate cream.
