The Ultimate Tart Mastercourse is filled with exciting and fun features to help you master tart-making at home. Here's a list of them:

When is the course held?

The course consists of 4 live-virtual interactive baking workshops, and a 100-page Coursebook that you'll use for reference during the lessons. The four lessons are held on:

19/2, 20/2, 26/2, 27/2 (1pm - 5pm) [FULLY BOOKED]

In this ultimate Tart Mastercourse, you will learn to:

  • Troubleshoot and tweak recipes you find online
  • Make tarts anywhere by knowing how to work with your environment and ingredients
  • 3 versatile types of tart crusts (Pâte Sablée, Pâte Sucr ée, Pâte Bris ée)
  • Fillings such as praline paste, nut frangipanes pastry cream, homemade jam, and more
  • Making a roux-based filling
  • Design, create, and develop your dream tart based on your desired flavours
  • 4 unique tart recipes developed by Bakestarters [Hazelnut Praline Dark Chocolate Tarts /  Strawberry Fields Tarts / Seafood Laksa Pie / Spiced Pear Lattice Pie]

What will I need to prepare?
