We couldn't find Thai tea cream puffs anywhere and we wanted to have them, so... We created a kit out of it! When eaten chilled, these cream puffs are reminiscent of classic Thai Milk Tea, thanks to the Thai Tea pastry cream (made with milk). The white chocolate drizzle on top just gives it a little bit of an extra oomph!
This baking kit is rated intermediate.
