Levain-style cookies are known to be one of the best kinds of cookies out there. These cookies took us so many tries to perfect its recipe — a crisp, crusty exterior combined with a gooey, almost cake-like center. And of course, we went with a classic Triple Chocolate concept for these amazing cookies.

For these triple chocolate levain cookies, we're incorporating dark and white chocolate chips inside a bittersweet cocoa cookie base, which creates an irresistible creamy interior once they melt.

Dry Ingredients

Recommended Storage Time

Dry/Box Ingredients

  • Refer to respective expiry dates given on each ingredient package (minimum of 4 weeks from delivery)
  • Store in a cool, dry area away from direct heat or sunlight. You may store them in the fridge as well.

Cold Ingredients

  • Refer to butter package for expiry date (minimum of 4 weeks from delivery)
  • Store butter in the refrigerator or freezer

Unbaked cookie dough can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 weeks (in an airtight container lined with parchment paper or tightly wrapped with cling-wrap)

Baked cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
