A chewy spiced cinnamon cookie, warm and slightly creamy thanks to the melted marshmallow, with a complementary crunch brought by the lotus biscoff biscuit. The flavour leans towards Christmas, but we just couldn't resist launching this.

Storage

Store Bakestarters box in a cool, dark and dry area. Follow the expiry dates stated on the individual packs (at least 4 weeks).

Store freshly baked cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. [Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.]
