Scheduling Delivery

Rescheduling Delivery

Free rescheduling is permitted up till 2 days before your delivery date.

Please note that if your delivery arrives, and you can't receive it for the following reasons, there will be an additional shipping fee of S$12.00 for redelivery:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Incomplete address provided
  • Rescheduling after the 2-day window
  • Unable to reach you (e.g., condo security restrictions preventing delivery access)
