Thoroughly enjoy the course. It’s refreshing and a world of difference from others. I get to understand the science or nuances of baking unlike most who just simply put out their recipes without detailed run-through of the various ingredients and its functions that go into the making of cookies. Amazing how this course has dramatically inspired me to want to bake more and not just more but different types of cookies. The Ultimate Cookie Course
Registered for the course a while back when they had a special FOC promo, however nothing was made available. Today after a stream of emails, there were supposed to have 2 emails sent out right after i registered. All resolved within half a day with the administrator. Finally have access to the course. But no yet started the course practically, still reading introduction. Looks detailed lectures.

I've always enjoyed approaching baking from a more formulaic perspective, since baking has always had the reputation for being a science. This course gave me that satisfaction, but at the same time introduced the idea of being creative and breaking free from online recipes.
I certainly learnt a lot from this course, and it's an excellent source of information that I'm sure I will revisit time and time again. Fantastic course, and I am looking forward to more of the same!

Just finished the course, and really had fun with it. I was never really a science person in school, but they made it simple to understand and with visuals and video experiments to show exactly what they mean.
