I learned a great deal about the science behind the cookie in a concise way. I feel more equipped now to make adjustments to favorite recipes to get my desired outcome. Speaking of which I didn’t think Jacques cookie recipe could be improved. The brown butter recipe was amazing!!
first time making mooncakes and it’s very convenient with the kit as everything is measured out! Would consider getting it again next year!
Printed and video tutorial clear and easy to follow. My kids 10-15yo managed it all by themselves with no help from me. Mooncakes turned out so pretty! Taste was great, not too sweet. Only minor complaint - 36 pcs is really quite many! I'm afraid we won't be able to consume them all in time!
