In 2019, we released our Ondeh Ondeh Snowskin Mooncake kit, and it was so well-received that we knew we just had to create something in the same vein for this CNY!

These tarts have a crumbly, fragrant pandan pastry wrapped around a filling that's bursting with gula melaka and coconut goodness. Instead of desiccated coconut, we use slightly thicker shredded coconut for extra texture to complement the melt-in-your-mouth tart base. We love the caramel notes in this tart - it's almost basically ondeh ondeh but baked!

Besides an oven, this baking kit can also be made using the Bruno Hotplate, with the Nabe Pot attachment. If you own a Bruno, you may use it to make these ondeh ondeh tarts!
