Aren't they just so pretty? That lovely green hue, with a dusting of confectioners' sugar on the top - honestly, the only thing that's better is its taste! Using Grade A Matcha, these are made with a matcha-based choux [light pastry dough], with matcha pastry cream piped into the puffs. Double the matcha, double the fun!

This kit yields ~18-20x cream puffs and takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to complete.
