Here's Tiramisu in a cookie, or as we'd like to call it - an Espresso Dream.
If you have someone (or people) in your life who love their cup of coffee, then this is something you gotta make for them!
The cookies here are cocoa and coffee infused, and baked to a perfect chewy texture. To add on to the flavour, we complemented this with a tangy cream cheese frosting that's just chef's kiss.
This kit yields ~20x cookies and takes about 2 hours to complete.
This kit comes with 1x parchment paper and 1x piping bag.
