Lush Loaves

These loaves are a burst of flavour, with earl grey tea and rose combining to provide a refreshing taste, then capped with a layer of white chocolate chips which bake up into a beautiful layer of caramelised white chocolate.

Caramelising white chocolate might sound crazy sweet, but when toasted, the chips turn a beautiful golden brown and get a toasty, butterscotch flavour!

This kit yields ~2x medium loaf cakes and takes about 1.5 hours to complete.
