Apples, Spice, And Everything Nice

Oh this apple spiced loaf cake is one of our favourite new bakes in a while. Smells like fall, tastes like Christmas. The sweetness of cinnamon paired with the tartness of green apples, with some sliced up on top, caramelising into a soft topping, and chunks in the middle for a beautiful bite, together with walnut bits.

This is definitely one of the most Christmasy desserts to serve!

This kit yields 2x loaf cakes and takes ~1.5hrs to complete.
