In Tarts in Bloom, you’ll experience the art of modern tart-making through 3 live demonstrations, each exploring balance, flavour, and texture. All in the comfort of our cosy, theatre-inspired experience.
As aromas and voices fill the room, you’ll taste each creation, learn the craft behind them, and assemble your own fruit tart — guided by a professional pastry chef trained in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu.

Zoey studied at the famed Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, before cutting her professional teeth as a chocolatier in Capella Hotel, and then running two successful cafes. This time, she'll be here to put her spin on our production, and share professional knowledge that hotel and commercial kitchens use that you can replicate at home.
