About The Kit

Every year, we have pineapple tarts for Chinese New Year - now, you can make your very own with our signature kit and fully embrace tradition!

What defines a pineapple tart is its buttery pastry and filling. We focused on making a really buttery (using high quality butter) and melt-in-your-mouth pastry encasing the pineapple paste. We love this and we think you will find it one of the best ones you've tried.

• 2 medium egg yolks

*a medium egg weighs ~55g w/ shell

Storage

Please store unopened pack of pineapple paste and unsalted butter in the refrigerator once you receive it. Pineapple paste is best used within 1 week of delivery.

You may store finished pineapple tarts for up to 5 days at room temperature, or 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
