Tropical Delight | Mango, Almond, & Coconut Cookies (~20 cookies)

These cookies aren't for everyone, but if you're from any of the Southeast Asian countries, then we think you'd definitely like this one!

Mango and coconut are classic tropical flavours, and we wanted to incorporate them into cookies because the slight tang from dried mangoes perfectly complements the sweet nuttiness from the coconut. 

With the almonds adding a nice crunch to each bite, these cookies are the ones who dare venture beyond good ol' chocolate chip cookies.

This kit yields ~20x cookies and takes about 1.5 hours to complete.
