We think what makes a pineapple tart good is its buttery pastry. And so, for our classic pineapple tarts, we focused on making a really buttery and melt-in-your-mouth pastry encasing the pineapple paste. This year, we've made the tarts with less sweet pineapple paste so it doesn't get too cloying. We love this and we think you will too!

This kit comes with already made pineapple paste that does contains no added preservatives, colourings, or flavourings, and can be used to fill the tarts and baked immediately. Please refer to storage information for more info on how to store it.

Dry Ingredients

Store Bakestarters box in a cool, dark, and dry area.

Cold Ingredients

Store cold ingredients in the refrigerator.

Recommended Storage Time

Dry/Box Ingredients

  • Refer to respective expiry dates given on each ingredient package (minimum of 4 weeks from delivery)
  • Store in a cool, dry area away from direct heat or sunlight. You may store them in the fridge as well.
  • Once the packs have been opened, please refrigerate.

Cold Ingredients (Refrigerate)

  • Butter (follow expiry date on package)
  • Store butter in the refrigerator or freezer
  • Pineapple paste: Store unopened pack in the refrigerator, best used within 2 weeks from delivery.

Please chill the butter and pineapple paste upon receiving the baking kit.


Store pineapple tarts in an airtight container.
