We think what makes a pineapple tart good is its buttery pastry. And so, for our classic pineapple tarts, we focused on making a really buttery and melt-in-your-mouth pastry encasing the pineapple paste. This year, we've made the tarts with less sweet pineapple paste so it doesn't get too cloying. We love this and we think you will too!
