Each kit includes everything pre-measured and ready to go, so you can focus on the fun part: crafting and tasting. A recipe card is provided along with tutorial videos to make sure that your mooncakes come out as good as they should.

About The Kit

This set features two decadent creations:

• Osmanthus Citrus w/ Almonds: Inspired by the worldwide hit, Pursuit of Jade - this combines an Osmanthus snowskin with lotus paste that's studded with citrus peel and almonds. We may not go to battle, but we know how to make great mooncakes.
• Purple Yam w/ Black Sesame & Walnuts: We can't all be Marquises and Marchionesses, but for the rest of us commoners, we have other flavours that will make them envious. Purple yam snowskin combines beautifully with a black sesame lotus paste studded with walnuts. This earthy combination isn't too sweet and is a more traditional take compared to others.

This kit yields ~32x snowskin mooncakes and takes about 2-3 hours to complete. We recommend hosting a #mooncakeparty with with family and friends!
