    Dig deep into the science behind cookies

    The course breaks down the different elements of what makes a cookie and explains in a really easy-to-understand manner.
    Videos are included with clear steps and pointers for the visual learners.
    Ultimately, you'll receive two pretty amazing recipes that are foolproof in my opinion. Worth every cent!

    Not just a recipe course

    I find that most online baking courses are very fixated on the recipes and how to nail that one specific recipe. This one's different — it really digs into the science behind baking, allowing you to understand the theory behind all the things that are going on behind the scenes. So you have the knowledge to tweak and come up with your own recipes in future. An excellent course for the price.

    Just made myself a boatload of cookies this weekend with my newly-earned knowledge! Will definitely be keeping an eye out for upcoming courses in the future. Thank you bakestarters!


    First of all, I am impressed by how this course is structured — we’re not only learning how to make a cookie by following a recipe, but also the science behind cookie; how each ingredients in our cookie affects the end product. I think this course is great for the bakers who wants to really learn about cookie and learn how to tweak it to suits your taste!     Baking Dummy No More!

    Thoroughly enjoy the course. It’s refreshing and a world of difference from others. I get to understand the science or nuances of baking unlike most who just simply put out their recipes without detailed run-through of the various ingredients and its functions that go into the making of cookies. Amazing how this course has dramatically inspired me to want to bake more and not just more but different types of cookies.
