In Tarts in Bloom, you’ll experience the art of modern tart-making through 3 live demonstrations, each exploring balance, flavour, and texture. All in the comfort of our cosy, theatre-inspired experience.
As aromas and voices fill the room, you’ll taste each creation, learn the craft behind them, and assemble your own fruit tart — guided by a professional pastry chef trained in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu.
Following our 2 successful runs over July and August, we are back for a show on 8th November 2025, 1:00 p.m - 4:30 p.m, and we can't wait to help inspire your Christmas menu!
Zoey studied at the famed Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, before cutting her professional teeth as a chocolatier in Capella Hotel, and then running two successful cafes. This time, she'll be here to put her spin on our production, and share professional knowledge that hotel and commercial kitchens use that you can replicate at home.
You will receive a 100-page coursebook on tart fundamentals and recipes, an additional recipe book, a set of tart rings, an exclusive tart baking kit, and more.

We have packed and streamlined key education and the tips and tricks we have for making tarts in Singapore. It also features fundamental tart fillings, and four unique recipes.
The Masterclass will be hosted at 21 Bukit Batok Crescent. Confirmed attendees will receive the exact location via email or SMS.
The class will be held on 8th November 2025, Saturday, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Very clear and easy to follow instructions given to making various tart pastries.
Seating could be be better . A bit cramped.. Have been assured arrangements will be made to change the currant configuration.
It will be good to factor in time to find the location of the studio, but once you enter it, the cosy and comfortable ambience of the studio will set you into the mood to learn!
Chef Gail is a natural at teaching and answered everyone's questions with clarity.
Very impressed with the comprehensive recipe book that was provided with attending this class. A good and handy reference to have by your side when embarking on a baking journey. In addition to that, the baking kit and tools that you receive at the end of the class makes you ready to tackle on the recipe you have just learnt with confidence and no hassle!

I had such a wonderful time at the tart baking course over the weekend! The event space was cosy, comfortable, and incredibly inviting — the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable baking session. Gregory, the event organiser, was warm and welcoming, setting a friendly tone right from the start.
Gail, our chef, was fantastic. She explained each step clearly, was thorough in her demonstration, and patiently answered all our questions, no matter how small. It made the learning process so smooth and approachable.
One of the highlights was getting to sample the freshly baked tarts — they were absolutely delicious! We also had the chance to decorate our own fruit tart at the end, which was both fun and satisfying.
To top it all off, we received a thoughtfully prepared coursebook with detailed recipes and instructions, a baking kit to try everything at home, and even a little basil plant as a lovely extra touch.
All in all, it was such a fun and enriching experience. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone who’d like to elevate their tart baking journey!
