Master the art of tart making in one focused, transformative afternoon. Designed to be cosy, intimate, and relaxing, with small groups of 4 in a cosy studio.

Join our instructor from start to finish, including how to go about creating your very own unique tart at the end. You'll make and bring home 4x fresh fruit tarts.

You will also receive your very own 100-page coursebook on tart fundamentals and recipes, and a set of tart rings.

What You Will Do

You'll join a small group (4 pax) class, and build confidence with hands-on practice. We'll also go through other recipes found in the book, and talk about all things related to tarts!

There will also be interactive elements, such as tastings, plating, fruit assembly, and also a community discussion after the class. You will learn the techniques and ideas behind:

  • The different types of tart & pie doughs
  • Key techniques
  • Choosing right ingredients
  • Making premium fillings
  • Making a light, wonderfully flavorful pastry cream
  • Playing with recipe creation

The Coursebook

A 100-page coursebook will be given to each audience member.

We have packed and streamlined key education and the tips and tricks we have for making tarts in Singapore. It also features fundamental tart fillings, and four unique recipes.

Where and When Is The Masterclass Held?

The Masterclass will be hosted at 21 Bukit Batok Crescent. Confirmed attendees will receive the exact location via email or SMS.

What Recipes Will Be Featured?

You will be making our Fresh Fruit Tarts, with a diplomat cream that's light, flavourful, and just simply perfect. You will also learn other recipes by going through our coursebook. 

The following 4 recipes can be found in the coursebook itself:

  1. Strawberry Fields Tarts
  2. Hazelnut Praline Dark Chocolate Tarts
  3. Seafood Laksa Pie
  4. Spiced Pear Lattice Pie
Do I Need To Prepare Anything?

Bring an open mind to immerse yourself fully into the experience we've crafted for you! If you intend to take notes, grab yourself a pen and a notebook too.

Terms & Conditions
  1. The class might be extended slightly from the given duration to cater to questions and delays.

  2. No refunds will be given for no-shows. 

  3. No refunds will be given once your booking is confirmed. You may however pass your booking on to someone else, but prior notice will be required for us to register the new ticket holder that will be coming in your place. 

  4. Your booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received. 

  5. We reserve the right to cancel the class on our own discretion, in which case, we’ll do a full refund of tickets.
