Each kit includes everything pre-measured and ready to go, so you can focus on the fun part: crafting and tasting. A recipe card is provided along with tutorial videos to make sure that your mooncakes come out as good as they should.

About The Kit

This set features contrasting but complementary flavours:

• Sweet Potato Snowskin with Black Pepper, Salt, & Sesame Lotus Paste leans in to a bold, savoury lotus paste — seasoned with black and white sesame seeds, salt, and a hint of black pepper. It’s complex, nutty, and surprisingly moreish — perfect for those who love a little edge with their sweetness.
• Lychee Snowskin with Matcha & Cranberry Lotus Paste combines fragrant lychee snowskin with high quality matcha lotus paste, dotted with chewy dried cranberries. Light, slightly tart, and floral, this flavour is both refreshing and grounding — a delicate twist that plays beautifully.

This kit yields ~32x snowskin mooncakes and takes about 2 hours to complete. We recommend hosting a #mooncakeparty with with family and friends!
