Meet Zoey Chua

Paris-trained at the famed Le Cordon Bleu, Zoey Chua has established herself as a chef known for making ordinary bakes extraordinary.

Cutting her teeth first as a Chocolatier, she then founded and ran two successful cafes. Throughout her long pastry career, she has excelled at pairing flavours and textures, and creating synergy between different types of pastries.

She believes that baking has to be fun before anything else, and her humour shines through when you watch her at work.
