These tall souffle pancakes get their height and fluffiness from the beating of egg whites.
In this recipe, we whip 2x egg whites until stiff peaks before gently incorporating the meringue into the pancake batter, and infusing the pancake mixture with three tea flavours.
Result: light and fluffy pancakes that are a tea lovers dream. Perfect to surprise your loved ones for breakfast!
